At pumpdeals, we stand behind the quality of our equipment. Every new pump or product purchased through our store is backed by our warranty, ensuring it remains free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty period.

What is Covered

If a product is properly installed, operated, and maintained according to the user manual, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts at no additional cost.

⚠️ Note: This warranty strictly covers the cost of the replacement parts or repair. It does not cover secondary expenses such as shipping charges, labor costs, or consequential damages resulting from product failure.

What is Not Covered

This warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse, neglect, alteration, accident, or misapplication. Specifically, the warranty does not cover:

Unauthorized Disassembly: Any pump or product that has been disassembled or modified without prior written approval from pumpdeals.
Electrical Issues: Damage caused by operating on a higher or lower voltage than specified, tampering with the electrical system, voltage surges, lightning strikes, or a faulty electrical power supply.
Environmental & Natural Disasters: Damage caused by fire, flood, earthquakes, or other acts of nature.
Unauthorized Repairs: Any product tampered with, altered, or repaired by a non-authorized technician.
