Switzerland: Standard delivery within 2–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

European Union: Delivery within 5–10 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Large items: Water pumps are heavy and bulky items. Freight shipments may require a delivery appointment. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
